4 July 2003 - Call Centre Services now available!
We are pleased to announce that we
are now able to offer the services of a Call Centre to our clients.
After successful trials with select
clients, this service has proven to add value to our clients business
and provide an economical solution to some of the alternatives already
in use.
With a true 24 x 7 x 365 working facility,
both at our Internet Data Centre and our sister operations with
a fully equipped Call Centre, we are able to provide a customised
solution to meet your needs.
Support can be performed on an after
hours or 24 hours a day basis. Depending on the level of support
required, these services can be provided by call centre staff or
our highly skilled network operations staff. This enables us to
offer level 1 & 2 support to our clients.
Together with our monitoring, professional
and managed service offerings, this helps our clients to concentrate
on their core products leaving us to deal with application support
issues.
