I would like to introduce myself as the General Manager of the Internet Data Centre operations of GlobalCenter Pty Ltd and to update you on some recent developments in our business.

Having been with the company since 1999, I have, as have you, seen the industry rise to record peaks and level out over time.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to lead our team of professionals in the provision of the very best of internet hosting and managed services to our client's mission critical operations.

GlobalCenter will strive towards providing and maintaining the highest quality products and services to our clients. In the difficult times the industry has experienced recently, our client count (in access of 100)
provides a great testimony to the services we provide. Teamed with a high level of financial stability, you can rest easy in the thought that your equipment is safe and sound and we are here to stay!

In the past week we have re-launched our Website www.globalcenter.net.au and promise to keep this updated and informative. Whilst the initial version of our Website launched recently is very basic, developments are being done to make this informative and available to all onlookers.

New products are being considered to add value to our product range and we would expect to launch these in Q3 of 2003.

Our sales team is being reinforced with Account Managers to service your needs and cater for our future marketing objectives.
