Following a regular account management meeting with the principles of an ISP located within our IDC, it was apparent in discussions that our client had specific requirements from a traffic or activity perspective.

In our never ending, exhaustive and extensive quest for customer satisfaction, our engineers designed and upgraded our client access website, some 24 hours after the initial request, to accommodate and improve bandwidth reporting for this client and ultimately for our entire client base.

As a GlobalCenter customer, you can login to the Client Access portal and look at your bandwidth graphs, obtain statistics about your billing MB in and out for the previous day together with many other standard features.
